Delete Your Telarya Account

If you would like to delete your Telarya account, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete Through the Mobile App

You can delete your account directly from within the Telarya mobile app. Simply navigate to your account settings and follow the account deletion process.

Option 2: Email Request

If you prefer not to use the mobile app or encounter any issues, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@telarya.com with your account credentials.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your account username (if applicable)
• A clear request for account deletion

Important Notes

Please be aware that:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• While your account will be deleted, we may be required by law to retain certain information for several years for compliance purposes
• You will lose access to all services and features associated with your account
